4.4 Funds Ownership. All funds deposited into an ar555 account must belong to the account holder. The use of third-party payment methods, or the deposit of funds on behalf of another person, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.
4.5 Inactive Accounts. ar555 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to accounts that have had no login activity for a period exceeding twelve consecutive months. Notice will be provided prior to any such fee being applied.
5.1 General. All bets placed on ar555 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game's information panel. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where game rules expressly provide otherwise.
5.2 Bet Confirmation. A bet is not accepted until you have received an explicit confirmation from ar555. Bets placed using funds not yet settled or cleared are provisional and may be voided.
5.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error on the ar555 platform, ar555 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. This applies equally to sports betting odds and casino game outcomes.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in each promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

6.4 Expiry. Unless otherwise stated, promotional bonuses credited to an ar555 account will expire after 7 calendar days from the date of crediting. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ar555 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the ar555 platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, text, data feeds, and user interface design, is the proprietary property of ar555 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Restricted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ar555 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 9.2 ar555 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service failures may result in temporary unavailability. ar555 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where practicable.
9.3 ar555's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2 Where an account is suspended pending investigation, withdrawals will be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation concludes in the Player's favour, the account will be reinstated and any held funds released.
11.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ar555 live chat support. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
